Intustrap is a 60mm wide high pressure intumescent strip designed to be used around thermal insulated metal pipes and around square section PVC-U ducts as they pass through fire compartment walls or floors. In a fire situation, thermal insulation will shrink allowing a path for fire to penetrate. Intustrap expands under fire conditions to close any gaps. Supplied in 600x60mm lengths and tested to 2 hours fire integrity.
